I’ve been forcing myself to wait on reviews until my computer works again, but I was just too excited when I saw this at Walmart! Rimmel finally gave us drugstore makeup fiends an alternative to chromaliner! This “nude” eyeliner (cream color) is part of their Scandaleyes waterproof liners. Initial review: It glides on smoothly which is the most important factor when something is going to be used in the waterline. It’s not super saturated, though I find this to be a plus, because it brightens without being super obvious. Definitely a great alternative to my currently nude waterline pencil: ELF Concealer pencil. Also, check out the cute designs on the packaging! Retails at about $4 US
